Your home is a major investment, and you must be able to trust someone to have the same mindset as yours to maintain it properly. Home Watch By 3 Palms is your eyes while you are away. We will report back to you about anything that might need attention.

Ultimately, you want to return to your home and have it seem like you have never left it. That’s our goal at Home Watch by 3 Palms. You will be getting the owner, not an employee, to watch your home as scheduled with the experience and integrity that is warranted for this job. Our focus is on your best interest.

We have experienced uncertainty when away from our homes.  We have asked friends in the past to check on the house, pool, lawn, etc. and they are not experienced in what exactly to look for.  We also realized if something went wrong, is it worth the cost of a friendship?

Insurance companies are now either reluctant or refuse to pay claims on homes that were left unattended and that can be very costly. That is where 3 Palms come in.  We report every time we enter your property, documenting any issues or potential issues, and report to you what we found with supporting pictures.

Home Watch:

A visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.

We are insured, bonded, and accredited by the NHWA and do ongoing training to make us more valuable to you.

Additionally, the owner Mark Brousseau, is designated as a Certified Home Watch Professional after meeting the requirements and testing of the NHWA .
