Mark Brousseau, the owner of Home Watch By 3 Palms, grew up in Fitchburg, MA. He was very successful in a variety of sports from a young age to an adult. This attributed to being a team player and a good listener. Academic background includes electricity, electronics, and software engineering, where he obtained strong technical skills. He also acquired a Construction Supervisors license for the state of MA while purchasing and renovating many of his residential properties. Mark owned a deck-building business and also a restaurant where his soft skills were obtained. You will find him to be a man of his word.

In 2013, Mark’s dream of moving to Sarasota Florida, where he visited his Dad for 30 years, became a reality. When he first arrived Mark worked for the city doing AC maintenance work, and later at a pest control company gaining termite experience. Experienced as a Maintenance Manager for an 80-unit luxury condominium on Longboat Key. In more recent years, Mark has taken on numerous units for weekly condo watch where he has been able to identify issues before they become major problems. Mark realized there is a need for Home Watch services in Sarasota, so he decided to start his own business, Home Watch by 3 Palms. Now, he will use his troubleshooting skills, his ability to recognize potential property hazards, and his leadership to help homeowners who are away.

My goal is to expose a potential issue early enough that it will not become a major issue. We are insured, bonded, and accredited by the NHWA and do ongoing training to make us more valuable to you.”
